Customers will receive notification when key changes happen to their Equifax® (only) credit report or all three nationwide credit bureau credit reports (Equifax®, TransUnion®, and Experian®). Some Equifax® only credit report alerts may be available in near-real time.

      Examples of events that may trigger an alert: New Inquiry, Address Change, Name Change (Equifax only), New Collection, Existing Collection Change, New Account, Existing Account Change, New Bankruptcy, Existing Bankruptcy Change.

      You can also add the following alert types to Equifax® only credit report monitoring for the following events: Blocked Inquiry, Score Monitoring, Balance Monitoring and Telco & Utility Alerts.


NOTE to Developers:

When creating your App, be sure to select Type: B2B2C to access the Consumer Engagement Suite products, as they use a different authentication method.
